09/10/02 09:06 PM: A September Morning

So tomorrow is the one year mark. Classes are on a “liberal leave” policy, which means that I will be in my room watching the 9/11 coverage, attending the various 9/11 memorial events on campus, and then at 6:15 going with people on my floor to the candlelight vigil at Freedom Plaza.

I feel a little bad about not going to Theology and French, but the one year mark of such a horrid event will only happen once, and since I’m in Washington I should experience it or be blown up by terrorists trying.

We are on Orange Alert. I don’t know what to think about that.

I went looking for a drug store today, and ended up going to Crystal City to find one. Yeah, I should have just gone to the CVS on M Street instead of going to Rosslyn. Oh well.
