I got a call from my brother last night. I guess his coach told them who got honors for the season. He apparently was unanimous first choice for his sectional and an all-state selection as a junior. That is a pretty big honor especially for just being that young. His sectional game is tonight. Hopefully, they beat Crete-Monee tonight and advance in the playoffs.

Fall break was uneventful. Nothing really cool happened. I went and saw Kill Bill. That is a pretty good movie if you like violence. The new Soldier Field is ugly from the outside, but actually pretty nice inside. The seats are a lot more comfortable. Now I have to get back into school mode. I really have to work to get my grades up because I decided to finally become a good student and try really hard for good grades. Its not going to be fun from here on out. Oh well. Such is life. Time to go play some soccer.

    I guess Mike told me before he told my mom. That’s pretty hilarious, but it also says a lot as to how much he looks up to me. Its a good feeling. They lost to C-M on tuesday, so the season is over. Still a pretty cool honor though. Good Job again, Mike.
