Today is the 3 year anniversary of my very first radio broadcast. On February 27, 2003, I presented the world (or at least the Homewood-Flossmoor area) a documentary on the psychological effects of pregnancy for teenage girls. The program was appropriately titled KIDS HAVING KIDS: THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF PREGNANCY ON TEENAGE WOMEN, and aired on my high school’s 1500-watt radio station, WHFH. This broadcast was a stepping stone in my life, a step that led to many more awesome broadcasting adventures. I found my true passion in life from this experience, and will never forget the time and energy I put into this show.
