Hey, here’s an idea. Maybe 15 year old boys don’t really know quite what they want a lot of the time. Maybe they get confused. Maybe they do stupid things to make “statements,” when in fact these actions do not make it at all clear what statement they are trying to make. Maybe they’re not even sure themselves. Maybe they do things without thinking about or fully recognizing the consequences.
