11/09/03 12:17 PM: Interesting Weekend
So I guess it time for another one of my wild weekend stories. Its been a while so I thought I would grace everyone with how cool I really am. For a change though, this weekend didn’t involve the usual wastedness that most of my other weekends have, and I think that it was a good thing.
My fraternity worked a concert to raise money. This wasn’t just any concert though. KISS and Aerosmith both graced the stage and just rocked. I am now cooler than anyone else because I own a KISS shirt, unless you too, also own a KISS shirt, because there goes my edge. Anyway, there were some interesting demographics at work. Most of the shirts we sold in the beginning were 2XL, and even those would barely fit our customers. My friends at another booth met a former playboy bunny, and got her autograph. As a thank you for their services, she flashed them.
Ok, so last weekend I met some girls at a party and when they took me home, they told me I wanted to go roller skating this weekend. Me, being the nice guy, said yeah whatever and gave them my phone number. They call me up on friday to ask if I still wanted to go. I figured it would be a nice change from going through my life in a haze, so I agreed. We got there and I guess I fit into the dirty old man category just because I had graduated junior high. Nonetheless I had a good time. I made a bet with the girl I was with that whoever should fall first would do something for the other. I tried to get my laundry done, and she wanted free drinks for the night. Unfortunatly no one fell, so I had to do my own laundry. We went skating till 1030, and then went back to thier house to have some drinks. All night we were just chillin and playing board games. Next thing we knew, the sun was up. That means that we spent roughly 7 hours playing Sweet Valley High, Candyland, and some drinking game. None of us know exactly what or how we spent 7 hours doing just that. It boggles my mind. We went out for breakfast and I went home and slept until 4. Waste of a day, especially because I wanted to watch The Matrix, do my laundry, work out, and rewrite a paper. Guess I have to smash it all into today now.
Until next time, this has been a crazy weekend update. Thank you and goodnight.
