Is everyone on the internet a Republican?

I’m beginning to think so. I went in the Inaugural News Chat on MSNBC.com, and it was shocking. People saying “Finally we can return morality and respect to the White House” and “Clinton is a bumbling fool.” First of all, I watched the Inaugural this morning and was underimpressed by Bush’s speech. It was not bad, but not very memorable. That is not a reason to think he will be a bad president however. I disagree with Bush’s ideas, such as the tax cut. Nobody likes taxes, but they do serve a purpose. If we could cut taxes and also have the money to balance the budget and pay of the debt, I’d say go for it. Normally, had this election gone smoothly, I would not have such strong Anti-Bush feelings if he had won completly fairly. Currently, we do not know who in fact really won in Florida, and we may never know, but with this cloud of doubt, combined with Gore’s popular vote win, it makes accepting Bush harder. People who say we are returning morality to the White House, please, come on now. Do you really feel Bush is morally superior to Clinton? Clinton may have problems controlling his “urges”, and he lied about it. The lying was wrong, and I don’t like it, but still Bush’s DUI and drug use in the past aren’t exactly great either. If you want a moral president, why didn’t you vote for Gore! Anyway, this is enough of a rant for now on the subject of the 43rd president, but expect to see more about it in the future.
