12/20/02 03:14 PM: Its Party time

For a week now, I have been sleeping past noon, doing minimal work around the house, and not giving one care in the world. This is partly because none of my friends were home. That is about to change though. I hope that when everybody gets here, we will party like crazy. When you think about it though, its not going to happen. Since we were in first grade, (kindergarten doens’t count, all we did was play anyway) all anybody has wanted to do was play every day of winter break. Does it ever happen though? No. Because we get caught up in other things. Before you realize it, the break is over, and you have to go inside to learn stuff. This ultimately happens right after a big snow storm, preventing me from somthing I love more than life itself. Sledding. Hopefully this break will be different.

In other news, Colin Powell says that Iraq is in violation of what it had agreed to do. Somehow, I thought this was inevitable. We already have enough vehicles to stage another attack, we just need the personnel. NBC news says that it would take four days to airlift enough people there. We are taking up 1/4 of Kuwaiti soil for excercises. Hopefully this will come to a quick end. I just hope that Bush has a really good reason for this, and isn’t just trying to get rid of unwanted political enemies.
