07/08/04 02:46 AM: Kerry-Edwards

So it did end up being Kerry-Edwards. The guy who saw the plane being repainted was right—he even had the correct description of the plane’s paint job. Awesome. Too bad I’m not a newspaper and didn’t have multiple sources on that… or else I could have broken the story.

I’ll provide a detailed analysis of the ticket soon, right now I’ve been kind of under the weather lately. I may try and write something tomorrow, but no promises. At least by the end of the week though, I’m not that lazy.

I remember a while back (January 2003), I wrote:

“I still maintain that our last hope is in John Edwards. Being a newcomer will allow him to distance himself from the failures of the party as of late, and he can truly be a “breath of fresh air” (hopefully). Bush said he wasn’t a “Washington” man, but I mean, come on, his father was President… Edwards built his own fortune, it wasn’t handed to him by his family. He went to state school and made a name for himself on his own. He is someone we can all relate to, and I wish him the best. For his sake, and ours.”
