12/24/02 05:00 PM: Merry Christmas

For those of you that celebrate Christmas, may yours be merry and white. Or something. And if you celebrate some other holiday, or none at all, may that be good also.

I apologize for my notable absence over the past few months. I just didn’t seem to find time to post. I will try to make it a higher priority.

First, for the obligatory bragging:

New Cumulative QPA 3.73, up from 3.65. So, I am pleased with that. It was my goal to get a 4.0 GPA at least one quarter while at the university. Since I have, I will now proceed to slack off and do nothing until graduation. Okay – Not really.

Once again it is Christmas. I don’t really enjoy Christmas. I actually do enjoy spending time with family but I seem to enjoy Thanksgiving a lot more. I am not crazy about the whole gift-giving process. That added with the generally depressing nature of the holiday season and the one and a half hour commutes home from work really get to you after a while.

Today was nice, it was supposedly a “half day” at work, but I was out of there by 10:00. Almost not worth going in, but I actually did find myself being surprisingly productive.
