09/23/06 10:25 PM: Dental work and Textpattern

Okay, that really sucked. I never want to have surgery of any type, ever again. I don’t have much mouth pain right now, but for the first 24 or so hours, I felt really sick.

Anyhow, back to the redesign. I think I’m going to stop worrying about importing the archives, and make the first priority a new design and a new CMS… and then worry about archives later.

I’m thinking about using Textpattern… or perhaps Wordpress. The weblog is going to be very minimalist. I have this awesome idea for an “admin” style interface, but I’m not talented enough with Ajax and whatnot to make that work at the moment.

I’m excited, but I just need to find the time to make this a reality.
