So how is everyone tonight?
Apparently President Bush is the most admired man in America. I would have voted for Donald Rumsfeld! What was he doing while Bush was en route to various “secure locations?” He was pulling survivors from the burning Pentagon. Bush came in with 39%, Colin Powell a distant second with 5%, and Giuliani in third with 4%. I would have thought the “Person of the Year” would have done better. Oh well.
I finished my Harvard application today. I really have no motivation to finish the Yale and Penn ones, but I will somehow find a way to write the two essays I need to do. I have a lot of studying to do still, but I have over a week left to do it, so I think I am ok.
Everyone wants to work for the government now. Do I get the competitive edge because I wanted to work for the government BEFORE 9/11? I suppose not.
