07/16/03 10:23 PM: Old Photos
Speaking of old photos, an old friend of mine and I broke out the old junior high yearbooks and took a browse through memory lane. I think Dave would be glad that I don’t know how to put photos up yet, or he would be in some serious trouble. Of course, he could find some interesting photos of me in there as well. It felt kind of weird to look at my high school girlfriends and see how much better looking they got. It is interesting to note all the people who didn’t graduate with us though, because they either moved away or just were too stupid. Also, it in kind of weird to see how people turned out. Its a little like reading the middle chapters of a book, and then going back and starting at the beginning. All the things that we thought were so important to us then have changed. Kind of makes you wonder if all that is important to us now will change in only five years.
I’ve been looking at my past updates and realize that I haven’t been any fun with the links, so here is one of my favorite sites to go to. If you haven’t checked out Homestarrunner.com ever, the place is hilarious. One of the funniest parts is the StrongBad emails. Take a look, I’m sure you will be entertained.
Couple more things and I’m out. I’ve finally realized that my job sucks. I’m convinced that 95% of the general public is retarded. Homewood Days starts tomorrow. It is the annual townwide block party, where all the 12 year olds do thier best imitations of hookers, the high school population acts like idiots, and anyone college age or above drinks themself retarded. I want to go sailing on Saturday night, the last day of the fest. A bottle of CMo should do the trick. The only problem is getting my dirty little hands on one. That should be solved in a matter of phone calls though.
