12/23/01 04:16 PM: Shiny New OS
Ah, the fun things in life. Today I began the fun process of reinstalling Windows! Actually, sarcasm aside, I actually enjoy starting from scratch. You see, what typically happens on my computer is, every year or so I will reformat. Following the format, my system will become cluttered and eventually have software conflicts and other bugs that make, you guessed it, another formatting needed. However, now I have just installed a brand new, shiny OS, Windows XP Professional. I think I might try and keep this install neat and organized, but we will have to see.
Oh, and one thing for the casual observer, don’t think from the above paragraph that I’m some kind of computer geek or something … really, I’m not.
I want to update my bio thing on the people page, will I get around to it? Maybe, because that one is really dumb and outdated. That’s why I don’t like the idea of an about page, because I never keep it updated.
Earlier I was considering a redesign of the site. Correction, I am still considering it. With the WWU (That’s an acronym for Which Way Up, if you didn’t notice) navigation and content delivery system, such a redesign wouldn’t be too hard, but we will see. I still need to study, and work on applications, so I don’t know if time will permit.
Speaking of time, it’s time for me to return to the task of installing programs, cheerio.
