03/06/03 09:03 PM: Spring

And thus, spring break approaches. Tomorrow I get to do the whole airport thing again, flying home to Chicago at 6:45PM. I’m looking forward to some time away, but it’s midly annoying that the weather here becomes beautiful just as I leave for vacation. Oh well, so it goes I suppose.

Readers have requested better/more entertaining content, so I figured a hilarious photo might be in order.

Scott, covered in packing peanuts

More to come. But not all of Scott covered in packing peanuts, though god knows we have enough of those photos to go around.

So yes, I am going home for spring break. No exciting trips to Costa Rica, Hawaii, or the Democratic Republic of the Congo. My roommate is going to Florida, where it will be nice and sunny. That may be so, but you aren’t reading his weblog now, are you? I didn’t think so. (Ignore the fact he doesn’t even have a weblog).

I am tired, and I need to start packing my stuff up. Expect updates throughout the next week, which will highlight the fascinating life that is Dave at home.

To my readers who are currently (or will soon arrive) in Budapest, beware the illegal money changers and don’t spend more than 300 HUF on a beer! Damn straight. Oh, and on March 15 people wear tricolour cockades. Ah, the wonders of the Hungarian travel ministry website.
