03/15/03 11:57 PM: Spring Break <sub>Fin</sub>
And so, just as quickly as it began, it ends. Spring break wraps up today, and I will be flying back to Washington this evening. I can’t exactly say that it was an exciting break, but it was for the most part relaxing—I suppose.
I didn’t do a whole lot, which does not provide for good reading material for my visitors. I got a haircut, which was god-awfully overdue. This is good, as I am sure it will impress all the ladies at Georgetown. Yes, yes, I know I will hear about this statement once I return to campus, but hey.
My roommate returned from his trip to Florida, but I’ve been lazy and didn’t try to get ahold of him except for sending him an IM consisting of “Hey asshat, how was Florida?” I will see him tomorrow, at which point I will live vicariously though his (mis)adventures in Daytona Beach. Hmm, I’m surprised I spelled vicariously correct on the first try.
So, I had heard some rumbles that my site was not as interesting as this other Georgetown weblog. After finding said site, I have deduced that yes, my site is significantly less interesting. How can I really compete with the so-called “Anal Sex Weblog?” Don’t answer that. Oh well, she can have her anal sex blog, I don’t care. She doesn’t have …. (ponders) .... um…...... this….
Yeah. Uh… Take that.
Note to Canadians: no offense, it’s all in good fun!
Other than that, I don’t have much more to report. I just remembered today that I have a Spanish quiz on Monday. Yeah, it’s rather cruel to have a quiz on the day we return from spring break. I will be sure to mention that in class. Fortunately, it’s worth basically nothing so, eh, whatever I did well on my midterm.
Oh, and for anyone who knows me, don’t even ask why I’m taking Spanish when I intend to study French for the rest of my time in college.
I think I had something else to write about, that was either funny or entertaining, but alas it has escaped me. Perhaps tomorrow.
