Today started early, because I had to go to a parade for Freshman Seminar. It was the River City Roundup parade, and we marched for Make-A-Wish. That was cool, because we got to throw candy and I got a free T-shirt. I’m finding that getting free stuff feels better as a poor college student.
Since I woke up so early this morning, I decided to take a nap in the afternoon. I then watched Nebraska lose to Iowa State, and it was good. I think its funny that before I came to NE, I had no hard feeling towards Nebraska Football, but now that I have lived here for about a month, I feel an intense animosity towards them. I love it when they lose. Anyways, sometime between getting home from the parade and now, I seemed to have misplaced my keys. I have since spent the last 4 hours looking for them in my room. My side of the room is very clean, but still no keys. Its kind of scary, because I know that they are here. I think I’m going to look for them in a little bit, but after I eat.
