Man, you’d think that there would be something to do on Friday nights at college. Last night, there was nothing. I went disc golfing and came back to nothing going on. I spent about 30 minutes watching A Beautiful Mind before I went out to see what the smokies were doing. Again, nothing, so I went for a walk. From campus, which is at 24th and California, I walked to 10th and Pacific. If anyone knows their way around Omaha, they know how far that is. My guess that it was a 10 mile roundtrip. Man, I was bored. But I found some good places to visit later.
Some of you might wonder why I titled this post Yar! Well, in my world, that is what pirates say. Pirates, you may wonder, why is he talking about pirates? Well, I am a pirate. Instead of paying $80 to get all the cable channels, I payed only $20. How did I do this? The people on both sides, my roommate and I all chipped in and pirated our cable. Hahaha, I cheat the system and come out on top. That will show them. Its time to watch some TV now. Later, I will go to a Homecoming Dance with a special someone. I hope I have something to do later. This is looking to be the first weekend I have been totally sober the whole weekend. Impressive. I know.
